If that message never made it to your inbox, you can alwasy reach out to us by phone (866-750-3169) or email (info@recoveryforce.com) for assistance or you can go to the online portal, enter your email for the system to send you a link to your personal customer portal.
You are welcome to drop your drive(s) off personally during our regular office hours or you can ship the drive(s) to us at the following address:

If shipping from outside Canada, be sure to specify that it is being sent for service/repair with a value no greater than $10.
Packaging Insructions
Be sure to securely package your drive(s) in a padded box in a way that will prevent the drives from shuffling around inside and can withstand the impact of being thrown around during shipment.
