Was told by the Geek Squad at Best Buy in London where we were having a family Christmas Reunion that our memory stick had a hardware defect. It would take approx. a month and $600 to retrieve our very important business data. Thought our Christmas was over so we packed up and returned to the Tri-city area. On route we told about Recovery Force in Guelph. Went there and they retrieved it in 5 minutes. Got back to our family in London. What more do you need to know?
Recovery Force is a first class organization, they know their business. They are extremely conscientious. I had my western Digital portable drive go down and they were able to recover all my data both personal and work. What a relief. I dropped the hard drive off and two days later I was up and running. I am so glad I went here! My external hard drive crashed, it had all of my photos on it... Baby photos, pictures of dead relatives... Everything. I was devastated. I went to a local place who tried some recovery software with no luck. I found recovery force on a search engine about clean rooms and brought it there. I was very emotional explaining what had happened, and Doug was so kind. I told them I didn't care what it needed, to do whatever he had to do to get my data back. An hour after I left I got a call from Luke that he had started the process already, and was confident he could recover most if not all. I ended up with with 98% of my data, and I was surprised to only be charged their minimum rate. Thanks so much!!!
