Although the upgrade process just started last night, it has been our experience that when a new major OS update is released, data can get lost during the installation. We hope this will not be the case for the latest Windows 10 release, but if you find that you have data missing after the update, we are here to help.
As always, we recommend backing up all critical files and not having any unnecessary storage devices connected to your computer during an OS install or upgrade.
