VMware Data Recovery E-mail

As more and more businesses are choosing to take advantage of their computing power and setup multiple systems within virtual environments, Recovery Force has developed the tools and procedures necessary to recover data from within VMware data files. For whatever reason, if you are having problems accessing your VMware file or the files contained within your VMware virtual machine, Recover Force can get your data back.

Recovery Force does not treat a VMware data recovery any differently than any other of our data recovery services. If your VMware virtual machine is stored on a RAID array, we will not charge for RAID data recovery services unless the problem is with the RAID array itself.

Accidentally reverted back to a previous snapshot?  Don't worry.  Our data recovery team along side our VMWare experts have the knowledge necessary to get your data back.

  • VMWare ESX
  • VMWare GSX
  • VMWare Fusion
  • VMWare Workstation

Note: As all the lost data is stored in a file that was deleted during the snapshot restoration, it is imperative that the original hard drive where the VMDK files are stored not be written to, as well as the virtual machine being turned off.   The more writing to the drive and the more alterations to the virtual machine, the less likely that the data can and will be recovered.

This week I endured the misfortune of a computer crash.  Not an entirely unusual occurrence when you spend 8-10 hours, 5 days a week at a computer.  However, after handing my system to our IT department I was informed that this time, I was the 1 in 10 that they could do nothing for.  My hard drive was beyond repair, and I was provided with a new computer.  A new computer with no data – I was starting from scratch!   When I asked what more I could do, I was directed to a recovery service out of town. I was informed that they “may” be able to assist me – it would take 7-10 days, and the cost would begin at $1,500.00, and could be as much as $3,000.00.
