Toshiba is committed to providing customers with reliable, high quality products. Should a failure occur, Toshiba's Repair Center will make equipment fully operational again with a minimum of delay and expense. Toshiba offers complete repair and refurbishment services at their repair facility.

Toshiba's service operation has state of the art test equipment, a modern test facility, spare parts and a highly professional staff of technicians and service administrators dedicated to repair and the refurbishment of Toshiba Storage Device Division products.

Toshiba's service operation handles both warranty and non-warranty repairs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A Return Authorization number (RMA) is required to return defective product.

A Return Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product to the Repair Center. To obtain a RA number click visit the Toshiba's Repair Center website.

The Toshiba's Repair Center website also can provide you with information on your Hard Disk Drive's warranty status.

You  may also obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA) by calling, faxing or e-mailing the Repair Center (see info below).
