No Contracts, Sign Ups or Volume Requirements:
If you are a computer service company, we automatically give you the discount. There are no catches. If you like our work, you will continue to use us. If you want to try another lab, you can do so.
Discounted Rates:
Recovery Forces rates are considerably lower than the industry standard pricing. However, we still provide our partners a discounted price for the jobs they send our way.
Phone Support:
Many times, a technician will find themselves on site and unsure of what to do next. When they call Recovery Force, they can talk directly to one of our data recovery technicians to help assess the situation and provide suggestions and options to each unique situation. If you are standing in front of a RAID-5 array with 2 drives down, we would be happy to talk to you.
Instant E-Mail Notifications:
We automatically e-mail notes to you, as the job proceeds. If you have multiple people who you want in the loop, that is not a problem. We can add as many contacts as you would like.
Personal Customer Care:
We treat each client who walks through our door, or calls on the phone, like a person rather than a number. When a service partner comes to Recovery Force, they are often offered a cup of coffee and aren't discouraged from talking with our team.
Client Referrals:
It only makes sense that when we get calls from end users who don't have a technician, we refer them to a Recovery Force service partner in their region. This usually happens when a client calls our customer care and we determine that the client may not need data recovery. It also happens after data has been recovered and the client requires assistance in replacing their hard drive, getting system back up and running and importing their recovered data.
Online Case Tracking:
This service is still being developed, but will be setup to allow a service partner to review the status of a project. It is particularly helpful for partners who might have multiple jobs on the go at the same time.
