The Recovery Force team is excited to announce two partners who have agreed to be a part of our new Satellite partner program. Both Garden Isle Computing in Charlottetown, PE and Wright Digital in Toronto, ON will not only act as a local drop-off centre for Recovery Force projects, but they have been setup with proprietary technology which allows Recovery Force technicians to remotely diagnose and in many cases, recover data from hard drives.
The technology used goes far beyond the remote data recovery concept used by most major labs in the world. Rather than remotely controlling a client's computer and running off the shelf data recovery tools, the systems being used by Recovery Force are hardware based, allowing drives that cannot be detected by a system to be remotely diagnosed and, in many cases, recovered remotely within a few hours of the drive being connected.
"Not only can we recover a file that was accidentally deleted, we can diagnose that a client's drive has a weak or failing read/write head. We can even recover bricked Seagate drives remotely through our custom hardware." Says Luke Coughey, Recovery Force's CEO. "With this technology, we can have an experienced data recovery technician available for our partners at their locations, without the added expense of having the technician on site."
In most cases, a diagnostic and quote can be provided at these satellite locations within a couple of hours. To find out more about this program, feel free to call and talk to one of our team members.
