My client’s Windows 2000 server crashed and refused to boot and the most recent backup was 1.5 years old (their tape drive died a year and a half prior and was never replaced by the local tech).
Eventually, I was able to access the data from the failed drive, however, it turned out that 90% of the data files were corrupt and unusable. I took the hard drive to Recovery Force and they were able to recover the data and, literally, save the company.
Recovery Force really came through for me. Halfway through my honeymoon, I mistakingly deleted all 700+ photos on my memory card. I was unbelievably devastated, as you can imagine.
