I backup my data but not as often as I should. We lost about 15 days of data. It was crucial that we get those lost days back. Called Recovery Force in the morning. Dropped off the hard drive before noon. Got it back by 5pm. Load the hard drive by 6pm. I was back on track by 7pm.
Lesson learnt: Don’t panic. Trust Recovery Force. Backup everyday.

This was a job well done for a very reasonable price.
I shopped this to quite a few places that quoted both higher prices AND longer delivery.
Your company came through with flying colors.
I’m about half-way through the download process. This is taking longer that I thought it would, but I hope to finish the rest up tonight.
My wife is not in a panic anymore. This drive contained all of her class syllabi, grades, etc
(she’s a lecturer and a local university) and her PHD KAM and Dissertation material (she’s currently a candidate).
Losing all of this stuff would have been devastating, her last backup being 8/26/2009.

I would like to thank the Recovery team for recovering over 400 pictures from my trip to China. I had bought a USB key in China and uploaded my pictures and was able to view these on the computer in China, unknown to me when I got home 1 month later my North American computer would not read the USB key. Thanks to the Recovery force they were able to recover my pictures from my camera's memory sticks. Here is a picture of me by the wall. |
